Questions and Answers

• Will Medicare pay for my loved one's stay?
  Imboden Creek Living Center is a Medicare approved facility; although a resident must meet several specific criteria to be eligible for Medicare coverage. Please refer to the Medicare section of this website for detailed information.
• If my loved one gets better, can he / she return home?
  Yes - approximately 36% of our skilled residents return home after an intensive rehabilitation program.
• What if my loved one requires a special diet?
  We have a Registered Dietician on our Dietary team who assists staff with compliance with any physician ordered special diet. We currently serve over 30 special diet orders.
• What are your visiting hours?
  While a resident resides at Imboden Creek Living Center, this is their home and family / friends are welcome to visit at anytime. The front door is locked at 10:00 pm; however, there is a door bell for your convenience.
• Can my loved one leave the facility for short visits?
  Yes - As long as the time of the visit does not interfere with any skilled services, residents are welcome to leave the facility with their family / friends.
